Use this page after a collision, glass damage, or when you are deciding how to pay for the repair.
If the damage is from a collision, wildlife, vandalism, or weather, including hail, open a claim with MPI first. Then book an estimate with the shop. For glass only, you do not need to open the claim yourself. The shop opens glass claims with MPI.
Once you have an eligible claim, call (204) 482-9405 or book an estimate. Direct repair means you do not need a separate MPI estimate visit before the shop starts the repair process.
MPI claims are repaired here as a direct repair facility. Bring the claim number and plate number if you already have them.
Private-pay jobs are repairs that are not an MPI claim. Call the shop or book an estimate and we will look at the vehicle and tell you the work involved. Estimates are free.
Courtesy cars are available when one is free. If your claim is eligible for a rental, the shop can help arrange one through Enterprise. A rental may need a credit card for a deposit.
Pickup and return is available for a drivable vehicle within 30 km of the shop, when the schedule allows. If you drop the vehicle off and need a ride home, ask when you book. That also depends on availability and location.
